As a Brand Specialist at Giftcraft wholesaler, I have worked in the Digital Marketing environment and built brand presence and brand awareness of the various Giftcraft Brands through Social Media Marketing by creating compelling content, engaging with target audience, and analyzing data to continually improve the digital strategies. I have worked closely with UI/UX team and designed new websites for new brand launch, refreshed webpages with new teamplate and content, designed customer journey map templates and email newsletter templates.
